Policy Solutions (ITPS) is
a government relations firm based in our nation’s capital offering
strategic public policy consulting and representation services to
individual companies, coalitions, alliances, and trade associations that
provide and use the technologies of the 21st century economy.
We deliver high-quality, substantive analysis, pro-active advocacy, and
strategic advice and counsel to help clients navigate the digital
economy policy maze of legislation and regulation in furthering their
business development and success. Our role is to develop policy
solutions and focused messages that enhance clients’ standing and
establish them as “trusted advisors” to public sector decision makers.
ITPS
has also developed a unique government relations program and policy
assessment tool which we call a Public Policy Perception Audit.
The process of conducting the Audit helps an organization better
evaluate its government relations agenda, program and reputation.
The client is then provided with objective and subjective critical
recommendations to help the organization develop and implement a more
effective government relations program.
ITPS
was founded in 2003 by Marc Pearl.
With more than two decades of political and legislative advocacy
experience, Marc’s vision is to provide clients with a “public policy
partner” to better understand the impact of government policy on their
operations, effectively advocate their policy positions in response to
proposed and implemented legislation and regulation, and help them
become ‘trusted policy sources’ to legislative and executive officials
on the issues in which they are involved. We help clients identify
the challenges and opportunities, and then help them develop/implement
strategies to overcome any policy impediments in the IT, eCommerce,
consumer electronics, information security and new media marketplaces.
A ‘successful’ representation is as more about ‘getting it done’ than
simply gaining ‘access.’
ITPS
has extensive experience in developing, implementing and coordinating
public policy outreach and awareness projects for clients. Our
expertise and contacts extend to governmental agencies at the federal,
global and state levels. We work with our clients to achieve their
